Ting Saboteur
Sister of the nearby Ting Thai Caravan, Ting Saboteur is the newest establishment to take up residence on Teviot Place.
With an industrial interior and communal seating, it’s best suited to a casual lunch with friends.
The cari rang voi mang red curry was a particular highlight, tasty with plenty of fresh vegetables and tofu as well as the kee mao noodles, which were overflowing with tender chicken pieces.
On the side we went for some goi cuon summer rolls which were packed with tofu and vermicelli noodles and served with a spicy dipping sauce.
Inside the Ting Saboteur
The bao buns are not to be missed either and we plumped for the slow braised pork belly option which was flavoursome and the meat tender.
Aimed at the nearby student population, the dishes are well priced and great value for money.
The staff were friendly and knowledgable making Ting Saboteur definitely worth a visit.
