Our rich fishing history – can you help?

Is your family descended from a long line of fishermen and women? If so then you may be able to help us. Every year, Wyvex Media, which owns Scottish Field, publishes a super calendar of photographs depicting Scotland’s proud fishing past. Pictures of fishing boats and their crew, fishwives, ports and harbours. This year we thought we’d open it up and see if any of our readers or online members can help. If  you have any old family photographs, like the one above, depicting any of these things and would like your photograph to have a chance of appearing in our 2010 calendar then you can email me a copy of it with some information.  Send them to heddy@scottishfield.co.uk  I look forward to seeing your photographs!
