A little taste of dessert heaven with leftovers

A foodie nirvana is taking place within the Ideal Home Show Scotland – and this year is set to be even bigger and better than ever before.

Returning to the SEC, Glasgow from 31 May-3 June is the Eat & Drink Festival. Ideal for all foodies, the festival will tempt the taste buds and showcase some of Scotland’s best food and drink that you won’t find in a supermarket.

Top chefs, foodie favourites and experts will be taking to the stage, cooking up a storm to showcase some delectable recipes and give invaluable tips on cooking and mixology.

You’ll be able to watch first-hand as some of the most celebrated chefs bring their unique style to life and learn the secrets of the trade, including Tony Singh, Jimmy Lee and Mark Heirs, plus Zoltan Szabo from the Blythswood Square Hotel and Gaucho’s master griller Fernando Larroude, as well as UK favourite Rosemary Shrager.

Sponsored by Love Food Hate Waste, the Eat & Drink Stage will also help you make the most of the food you love and cut back on waste – helping both your wallet and the planet.

Specially created by chef ambassador Tony Singh, here’s a brand new recipe designed to help you make the most from your leftovers at home.

Tickets are now on sale, visit www.idealhomeshowscotland.co.uk or www.eatanddrinkglasgow.com.
