The Cold Buster

Ingredients Instructions
  • 1 teaspoon of Celtic Kombu Matcha powder
  • 500ml of Lemon and Ginger Tea
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Brew a pot of Lemon & Ginger and stir in the honey. Leave to cool
  • Pour the chilled tea into a cocktail shaker, add the Celtic Kombu Matcha and shake
  • Pour into glass over ice
