Glasgow’s festive lights brighten up the dark nights

Christmas is coming – and Scotland’s cities and villages are being lit up in preparation for the festive season.

No matter where you, there seem to be lights everywhere, bringing a hint of colour to the long, cold, dark evenings.

Glasgow’s Christmas Lights in George Square look spectacular this year, as the Square plays host to a popular Christmas market, with another being held nearby at St Enoch Square.

On Buchanan Street, House of Fraser is renowned for its Christmas lights and is a ‘must see’ in the lead up to Christmas, and again, it doesn’t disappoint with the cascade of lights.
