Enjoy a tasty Easter treat – and help a good cause

A Scots restaurant is marking Easter this weekend – but with a twist!

Award-winning Civerinos Food Club in Edinburgh are serving up a special limited edition dessert of Easter Egg Calzone for the rest of April for the whole family to enjoy – with all proceeds going to Edinburgh North East foodbank.

It has now launched in Civerinos’ three locations, and all diners have to do is bring in an Easter egg, and they will be transform them in to an Easter Egg Calzone delight for £5, which will go straight to the foodbank.

Civerinos – already famous in the city for their New York style wood fired pizzas and modern Italian street food with their secret classic family recipes passed down through generations are offering this Easter treat in all three locations in the city for the rest of April.

One of a kind to the city of Edinburgh, award-winning Civerinos has two already established city centre locations – Civerinos at Hunter Square on The Royal Mile and Civerinos Slice at Forrest Road.

The newest addition to add to their collection which has just opened, The High Dive, is a family-friendly reasonably priced neighbourhood pizza bar – a first for the city which is ideal for laid back dining and drinking with friends from the renowned Civerinos family.

The chocolate treat is available in all three locations in the capital when dining – Civerinos on Hunter Square, Royal Mile and Civerinos Slice on Forrest Road as well as The High Dive situated on St, Leonard’s Street
