Prince’s Trust charity shoot returns to Gleneagles

The hugely celebrated Prince’s Trust Scotland clay pigeon shoot will be returning to the famous surroundings of the Gleneagles Hotel and Shooting Lodge next month.

Taking place on Friday 14 June, this will be the event’s seventh year.

A spokesman said: ‘We have a tantalising shooting and culinary extravaganza planned this year ensuring a great day.

‘The day will start at 11.30am at the Shooting Lodge with a BBQ lunch, novice tuition, the shooting competition, activities for non-shooting guests and shoot school surprises.

‘From 3pm there will be a drinks reception with canapés at the Shooting Lodge and this will be followed by a champagne reception, delicious three course meal and fabulous live entertainment at the Gleneagles Hotel.

‘This is an exhilarating and competitive day out with peers, set in the breath taking Scottish countryside, all while raising funds to help change young lives.’

The team package costs £2400 for four shooting and four non-shooting guests, or £1200 for four shooting party only for all of the above.

This key event supports the work of The Prince’s Trust to develop programmes and initiatives that seek to deliver on the vision that every young person should have the chance to succeed.

As a leading UK charity, The Prince’s Trust strives to change the lives of young people between the ages of 11 – 30 and to make a positive contribution to society.
