In celebration of ‘National Pizza Bagel Day’, renowned Bross Bagels have teamed up with award-winning Civerinos to launch Edinburgh’s finest pizza and bagel mash up.
Complete with Double San Marzanno tomato and herb sugo, double pepperoni, double 100% fior di late mozzarella on a freshly baked, Montreal-style Bross bagel, it has already been a hit among the capital city’s residents.
Having been launched on 9 February 2019 – just in time to feed the hungry rugby masses returning from Murrayfield – the ‘Brosserinos’ pizza bagel will be available all week across all of Bross Bagel’s locations in Edinburgh, as well as at Civerinos Slice on Forrest Road.
Bross Bagels was launched in August 2017 by Larah Ross who is known for her bagels worldwide. Setting the bagel scene alight with her authentic Montreal-style bagels, her bagels are homemade in their Bross Leith bakery. Organic and kosher with vegan and vegetarian options available in their bagel joints, there is something for everyone.
Civerinos, meanwhile, is an award-winning Italian Street food restaurant collection in Edinburgh which specialises in New York wood-fired pizza. They are famous for their secret family recipes that have been passed down through the generations.
This ‘Brosserinos’ pairing is sure to be a match made in heaven – one to try for the week ahead!
