Enjoy some Fizz on the Forth as the sun sets

Everyone enjoys a memorable view with a difference – and that’s now available on the River Forth.

Sightseeing company Maid of the Forth has launched Fizz on the Forth – a new sunset cruise, featuring music from acclaimed performer Cailean McLean, as the sun sets over Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife.

Taking place on Saturday 29 September, Maid of the Forth’s latest sunset cruise has been expanded on the back of demand for evening cruise experiences.

Passengers will be able to enjoy the two-hour evening cruise featuring live music from singer Cailean McLean, who’s performed at the Royal Albert Hall and the Usher Hall. There will also be an evening of musical variety with songs from Swing and Big Band, musicals and film, right up to current chart toppers all set to feature.

As the sun sets against the iconic backdrop of Edinburgh and Fife, passengers can also enjoy a welcoming glass of Prosecco and nibbles included within the £25 ticket price.

Further refreshments will also be available to purchase including cocktails from Maid’s fully stocked bar.

Tickets for Fizz on the Forth on 29 September cost £25 per person and are expected to sell out fast.

Maid of the Forth is an acclaimed family-run sightseeing cruise on the Firth of Forth. Owned and operated by Colin Aston since 1993, the three captains have more than 75 combined years’ experience.
