All aboard to savour Moët & Chandon

Savour a celebratory evening on-board Fingal, Scotland’s first floating hotel, permanently berthed in the historic Port of Leith, with Moët & Chandon.

Discover the Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Collection, paired with a specially created four-course dinner on Saturday 27 July.

Set in the elegant ballroom in the former hold of Fingal, the exclusive evening will be hosted by Ethan Boroian, Champagne Ambassador for Moët & Chandon.

Ethan will guide diners through a tasting of some of the finest varieties the House offers. The Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Collection is an outstanding selection of unique and rare wines, gathering vintages from 1892 to today. Every Grand Vintage is unique and original, the cellar master’s personal, free interpretation in service of the singular qualities of that year’s grapes.

Paired with this tasting, Fingal’s head chef, Brendan Wills’ specially-crafted four course dinner will celebrate the best of Scotland’s larder, from coast to field. At the end of the evening, retire to The Lighthouse Bar for a nightcap with views across the glimmering water.

The Moët & Chandon experience is available on-board Fingal on Saturday 27 July from £550 per couple. This includes one night’s accommodation in a classic cabin with full Scottish breakfast, a sparkling Belvedere Spritz to start the evening, a four-course dinner, one glass per person from each of the following vintages: Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Blanc 2012, Grand Vintage Rosé 2012, Grand Vintage Blanc 2009 and Grand Vintage Rosé 2008, and a Hennessy Cognac to bring the night to a close.
