Flexible living in a home to meet your needs

Future-proof Neat Living Flex homes are a response to the need for higher quality homes across the world.

They have taken a comprehensive view of the design and construction of the home – which has resulted in an A rated Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).

Customers will be able to enjoy all the benefits of a super insulated structure combined with low and zero carbon generating technology (LZCGT) for many years to come.

They understand that their customers are seeking a home that fully meets their individual needs, therefore, our Flex homes are customisable, transformable and affordable.

For example, the external walls can be timber clad, render board or a natural cladding panel. The roof can be slate, single ply PVC or a metal standing seam to suit our customers’ individual preferences whilst meeting the requirements of the local planning authority in rural, urban or suburban locations.

‘We are really keen to ensure that all our homes are situated perfectly within their local environment,’ said Colin Taylor, director and founder of Neat Living.

Both Flex models, the F48 and F96, have a double height open plan arrangement and can be fitted out with optional transformable furniture configurable to suit your daily needs, providing a fantastic feeling of openness and space.

Neat Living services include site survey, ground condition and soil analysis reports, to determine the foundation arrangements for the Flex homes, before progressing to a pre-planning or a full planning  application stage.

Colin added: ‘It would be great to speak with you to find out how we can help to meet your needs.’
