A door leads to the sitting room which has an stone clad feature wall and a focal point of a Charnwood multi-fuel stove sat on a slate hearth. There is room for a dining table.

Returning to the hall and Bedroom 1 sits to the end of the hall, this is a spacious double room with a window to the front. It has a built-in single wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 is another double room with a window to the rear. There is a traditional-styled Crofter’s box bed offering extra sleeping space.

Completing the accommodation is the modern bathroom which has a two-piece suite in white comprising WC and wash hand basin. There is a large walk-in shower with powerful drench head shower and wet wall panelling for easy cleaning.

The Barn is situated in the township of Reef in a quiet location in a thriving crofting community surrounded by spectacular mountains, rugged coastline and stunning, unpolluted beaches at Reef and the Valtos peninsular. It is tucked into the picturesque hills of Uig on the west coast of the Isle of Lewis.

Reef is situated on the beautiful west coast of the Isle of Lewis approximately 33 miles from Stornoway. Uig has a village shop, garage and post office. Primary schooling is provided in the neighbouring villages.

Stornaway has excellent facilities including a hospital, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are numerous supermarkets and regular ferries sail to Ullapool. Logainair flies to Inverness, Glasgow, Edinburgh and London and also offers short flights to Benbecula.
