Eden Mill opens a trio of pop up shops
Eden Mill have today announced the opening of three new pop-up shop experiences in the run-up to Christmas.
The pop-up store can be found in Edinburgh’s The Gyle Shopping Centre, while another two pop-ups are taking up residence in Aberdeen and Livingston.
Eden Mill, the award-winning single-site brewery and distillery based in St Andrews, have revealed the pop-up store is stocked with the much-loved brand’s festive product range, including the 12 Gins of Christmas Gift Set, Candy Cane Christmas Gin and the recently launched Candy Cane Mojito pre-mixed cocktail.
Paul Miller, co-founder of Eden Mill, said: ‘We are setting out to challenge the assertion that shopping malls no longer have the appeal as the trend toward “virtual” purchasing continues. We believe that shops with the right “experience” and “offering” can still play a vital role in the mix of brand development and customer engagement!

‘As we reach the run up to Cyber Week and Black Friday, we wanted to be able to offer a personalised experience for customers to be able to physically visit our store and experience the product before make the all important Christmas purchase.’
Within the store, customers will be treated to a choice of Eden Mill gin, liqueurs, single malt whisky and premium gift set options. From secret Santa gifts, gifts for loved ones and single malt enthusiasts, there is something for everyone.
