You have to try this fantastic meat-filled bagel

Big Bross Breakfast (for meat lovers)

Ingredients Instructions
  • Salt beef
  • Lightly scrambled eggs
  • Smoked applewood cheese
  • Latke
  • Mama Bross rock sauce
  • Bagel of your choice
  • For the salt beef, Bross Bagels get theirs pickled from their butcher then slow cook with loads of salt on a very low temp for at least 4 hours.
  • For the latke: Grate potatoes and onions, squeeze any liquid out of them, add egg, flour, salt and pepper - form into balls, place in a shallow frying pan with very hot vegetable oil, press down with spatula and fry until brown, then flip and repeat.
  • Larah's Rock Saucee secrets can't be revealed however it is most comparable to a burger sauce which normally includes mayo and mustard.
