The British Game Alliance present a recipe for a Pheasant and Leek Gnocchi Bake – made using local, BGA assured game.

The BGA has introduced a British Game Assurance Scheme so that consumers can be confident of the provenance of their food from egg to plate. Game products marked with the BGA logo have been shot and prepared according to strict ‘best practice’ guidelines.

The BGA has a new local stockist, Braehead Foods of Kilmarnock, which sells BGA assured game meat, which can be used for this recipe.
