The Buffano (Vegan)

Ingredients Instructions
  • Beetroot schmear - Cream cheese
  • Beetroot
  • Fresh dill
  • Horseradish sauce
  • Garlic powder
  • Cured lox
  • Sliced red onions
  • Rocket
  • Aye Pickled Dill Pickles
  • Bagel of your choice
  • To make the schmear, cook (or use pre-cooked beetroot) and blitz and mix into full fat cream cheese. Add chopped fresh dill, dollop of horseradish & garlic powder to taste.
  • Slice the bagel in two, toast, and assemble with the ingredients
