Early-bird tickets go on sale tomorrow, Friday, 7 February, for the Detox Health Beauty Festival.
The event will return to the Archerfield Walled Garden on Saturday 16 May, with a line up of health, natural beauty and wellbeing experts on hand to help ticket holders enrich mind, body and soul.
With more than 1000 people attending in 2019, this year’s festival with its ‘flower power’ theme promises to be bigger, better and more inspiring than ever.From the 31 st January, early bird tickets can be purchased at £30 pp (£10 off the full ticket price).
People will be encouraged to switch off, unwind from the stresses of everyday, and immerse themselves in new experiences, which the event’s jam packed programme offers in abundance; inspirational talks, craft workshops, fitness classes, yoga, guided meditation, gong baths, crystal workshops, nutrition consultations and relaxing treatments.
The Health and Lifestyle Zone offers an opportunity to shop and treat yourself to clothing, home accessories and natural skincare.Exhibitors include this years’ key event sponsors, Fushi Wellbeing, S5 Skincare, Evolve Beauty and Green People, all demonstrating what it means to be a clean beauty skincare brand in today’s world.These brands are all made using natural ingredients, are vegan and cruelty free and their packaging is sustainable and free of plastics.
Hendersons of Edinburgh will headline a plant-based food zone, where ticket holders can feast on a variety of colourful, nutritious food and drink between events, workshops and talks, with the Funk Wagon campervan providing the soundtrack to the day. And, Mad March Hare’s Amanda Farnese Heath will return to host a ticketed, long-table plant-based lunch in the beautiful surroundings of the walled garden.Amanda’s wild dining events have featured in Vogue and Elle Decoration.
A new speakers’ tent, Detox Health Beauty, promises high profile headliners, hosting nutrition, natural health and beauty talks.The popular Barefoot Talks tent will return for 2020, and the immersive ‘walk and talk’ sessions which offer guided meditative walks around the stunning estate of Archerfield Walled Garden.
