An Edinburgh medical and cosmetic centre has won the best clinic in Scotland at the Aesthetics Awards 2019.
Since its launch in Edinburgh in spring 2016, Dr Nestor’s Medical & Cosmetic Centre has firmly made its mark in the Scottish aesthetic industry and beyond. And now it has cemented its place as Scotland’s leading clinic, as the Medical and Cosmetic Centre was named Best Clinic in Scotland at the Aesthetics Awards 2019.
Held in the sumptuous Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel in London on December 7, and hosted by comedian Tom Allen, the Aesthetics Awards brought together the great and the good of the UK aesthetics industry in a glittering ceremony, all clamouring to be honoured by the prestigious board of judges.
Dr Nestor’s Medical & Cosmetic Centre saw off stiff competition from the country’s best practices and clinics across Scotland to take the title, which honours the achievements of the clinic.
The centre prides itself on administering advanced aesthetic, skin health and women’s health treatments of the highest standard, alongside a newly-launched lifestyle medicine department, as well as promoting ethical and responsible practice in the industry.
Judges of the Aesthetics Awards commented on the ‘overall excellence’ of the clinic, and rated it very highly, remarking on the performance of the clinic, and how it is ‘very clear to see that patient safety is at the heart’ of the centre.
Founded and directed by leading aesthetic doctor and international speaker, Dr Nestor Demosthenous, he and his team specialise in non-surgical treatments to address facial rejuvenation, skin health and body concerns for both men and women.

Dr Nestor and his team were also lauded with other accolades on the night, with the reception team also taking home a commendation prize for Clinic Reception Team of the Year, recognising their work in creating a discreet, welcoming and professional atmosphere of the highest standard, for each and every patient.
