There’s no stopping the ladies in their 19th outing

The latest book in the No 1 Ladies’ Detective Agency series, The Colour of all the Cattle does not disappoint.

Despite being the 19th book in the series, McCall Smith has not run out of ideas, producing yet another engaging installment to join the rest of the series.

The series follows protagonist Mma Precious Ramotswe in her adventures running the best-and only-Ladies’ detective agency in Botswana.

We follow her as she unwraps mysteries she encounters in her life both personal and professional.

In this latest installment we see her juggling her past, present and future while trying to find meaning in her life and win a political campaign.

Readers can’t help but be drawn in by this dynamic character and the situations all of those in the book find themselves in.

This is the perfect read to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the international hit series and is sure to delight fans old and new.
